Hardware warranty
AGN1 and AGN2 hardware are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This page explains the coverage, the exclusions, and the steps for a warranty claim.

Coverage period
Every new AirGapNet device is covered for 24 months from the delivery date. The warranty is non-transferable and attaches to the original purchasing organization — not to subsequent owners of the device.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Component failure under normal operation (10 GBit switching, GSM control channel, USB-C power input)
- Firmware faults attributable to the shipped factory firmware
- DOA (dead on arrival) replacement at our expense including return shipping
What is not covered
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid, or operation outside the published environmental specification
- Damage caused by power events exceeding the device input rating (USB-C 5V)
- Modifications to the housing, firmware, or internal electronics
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
- Loss or theft
How to file a claim
Email AirGapNet@gmail.com with the device serial number, a description of the issue, and any error photos or logs. We reply within one business day with diagnostic steps and, where the device clearly fails the spec, an RMA number and a prepaid return label.
Repair, replace, or refund
Once a claim is approved we either repair the device, replace it with an equivalent or newer revision, or — if neither is practical — refund the original purchase price. Replacement devices carry the remainder of the original warranty plus an extra 90 days, whichever is longer.
Out-of-warranty service
Devices outside the warranty window can usually still be serviced. We provide a fixed-price repair quote after inspection; if you decline the repair we return the device at no charge.
Statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to — not instead of — any statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this document limits the rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
