These terms govern your use of airgapnet.us and the purchase, lease, or evaluation of AirGapNet hardware and services. By using the site or placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Who we are
AirGapNet, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 1209 N Orange St, Wilmington, DE 19801. References to "we," "us," or "AirGapNet" mean AirGapNet, Inc.
Use of the site
You may use airgapnet.us to learn about our products, request quotes, and place orders. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it for automated republication, or use it to transmit malicious content.
Orders and acceptance
A submitted order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if the requested device cannot be exported to your country or if the price was clearly mis-listed — and any payment is refunded in full.
Pricing and taxes
Prices on airgapnet.us are in US dollars and exclude VAT, GST, sales tax, customs duties, and import fees. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout or shown on the quote depending on your destination.
Hardware ownership and firmware
Title to AGN1 hardware passes to you on full payment. The firmware that runs on the device is licensed under the AirGapNet end-user license agreement that ships with the device; the source code remains AirGapNet property.
Acceptable use
AirGapNet hardware is designed to complement firewalls, EDR, segmentation, and operator training — not replace them. You agree to deploy the device alongside your existing controls and to follow the deployment guidance shipped in the documentation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirGapNet's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer-protection rights in your home jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on the site and apply to orders placed after the update.
