Refund policy
AirGapNet AGN1 hardware can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the device is unused or fails to meet the published specification. This page lists the conditions and the steps for an RMA.

30-day return window
You can return AGN1 hardware within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the device price. The 30 days begin on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.
What we accept back
- Devices in original condition — no scratches, no firmware modifications, no missing accessories
- Original packaging including foam inserts and antenna
- All bundled cables and the printed quick-start sheet
What is not refundable
- AGN1 with Switch — built to order with a 3-month lead time, refundable only for confirmed manufacturing defects
- AGN2 — quote-led, refundable per the terms of the signed sales agreement
- AirGapNet Cloud — software seats are non-refundable once provisioned
- Shipping fees and any duties or taxes collected by the carrier
How to request a refund
Email AirGapNet@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the reason. We reply within one business day with an RMA number and a prepaid return label for orders shipped inside the United States.
Inspection and refund timing
When the device arrives at our facility we inspect it within five business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of inspection.
Damaged on arrival
If the device is physically damaged when you open the box, photograph the packaging and the device and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange a replacement immediately and handle the carrier claim on your behalf.
