What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device so it can remember things between page loads — for example, that you put a product in the cart or that you've already accepted a banner. Some cookies are essential for the site to work; others are optional and you can switch them off without breaking anything.

Cookies we set

  • Session cookie — a short-lived token that keeps your cart and form state intact while you move between pages. Cleared when you close the tab.
  • Cart cookie — persists your cart contents between visits so you don't lose the AGN1 you added yesterday. Lifetime: 30 days.
  • Notice-dismissed flag — remembers that you closed the cookie notice so we don't show it again on every visit. Stored in localStorage, not transmitted to our servers. Lifetime: 12 months.

Cookies we don't set

airgapnet.us does not use Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising service. We do not track page views, sessions, or conversions on the marketing site today. If we add an analytics provider in the future, this page is updated first and a one-time notice appears in the cookie banner before any new cookie is set.

What we never set

  • Third-party advertising cookies
  • Cross-site tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, X/Twitter pixel, etc.)
  • Session replay or full-page recording tools
  • Fingerprinting beacons or device IDs

How to disable cookies

You can clear cookies and block future ones from your browser settings — every major browser exposes per-site controls under Settings → Privacy. Disabling cookies on airgapnet.us means the cart will not remember items between visits and the cookie banner will reappear on every load. The site itself continues to work.

Changes

If we add or remove cookies, we update this page and bump the date above. Material changes — for example introducing an analytics provider — are announced in the cookie banner before they take effect.
