Privacy policy

AirGapNet is a B2B hardware vendor — we collect only the information needed to handle quotes, orders, support, and warranty for our customers. This page explains what we keep, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

Information we collect

When you contact us through a form, request a demo, or place an order, we collect your name, work email, company name, country, and any details you share about your environment.

When you visit airgapnet.us we log standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, referrer, and pages viewed — to keep the site secure and understand which content is useful.

  • Contact data — name, email, phone, company, country
  • Order data — product, quantity, shipping address, billing address, last four digits of the card
  • Support data — messages, attachments, device serial numbers
  • Site analytics — page views, session duration, country-level location

How we use it

We use the information to reply to your request, fulfil orders, ship hardware, handle warranty claims, and improve our products. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Payments

Online card payments for AGN1 are processed by Stripe. We never see or store the full card number, expiry, or CVC — those go straight to Stripe under their PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Cookies

We use a small set of first-party cookies for cart state, session continuity, and aggregate analytics. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Data retention

Order records and warranty information are retained for as long as the device is supported plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact records are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion. Residents of the EEA, the UK, and California have additional statutory rights including portability and the right to object to processing.

International transfers

Customer records are stored on US-hosted infrastructure (Vercel and Stripe data centres in the United States). If a customer in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland places an order, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum as the legal basis for the resulting transfer to the US.
