Accessibility statement
AirGapNet is committed to making airgapnet.us usable by everyone — including visitors who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, or assistive technology. This page describes the standard we aim for, the testing we do, and how to report an issue.

Conformance target
We design and test airgapnet.us against the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at the AA conformance level. The same target informs our procurement language for any third-party component we embed (forms, payment widgets, video players).
Where US federal accessibility law applies — Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act — we treat WCAG 2.1 AA as the operating baseline.
How we test
- Automated checks on every deploy via axe-core and Lighthouse against the production build
- Manual keyboard-only navigation through the demo, contact, and checkout flows before each release
- Spot checks with VoiceOver (macOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android) for landing pages and product detail pages
- Color-contrast verification against WCAG 2.1 1.4.3 (normal text 4.5:1, large text 3:1) for every brand color pair
Known gaps
Some marketing pages use light decorative motion (fade-up reveals, hero gradients). All motion respects the prefers-reduced-motion media query, and removing the animation does not hide any content.
The interactive product diagrams on /how-it-works and /products/agn1 include text labels and ARIA roles, but the SVG state-toggle is best experienced visually. We are working on a fully described alternative.
Report an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on airgapnet.us, please email AirGapNet@gmail.com with the URL, the device and assistive technology you were using, and a short description of what you expected. We acknowledge reports within two business days and aim to fix WCAG-AA-blocking issues within 30 days.
Alternative formats
If a published PDF (datasheet, manual, brochure) is not accessible for you, write to us and we will send the same content in plain text, accessible HTML, or another format you specify, at no charge.
